[What the role is]

The Assistant Director is responsible for the review and formulation of HR policies and procedures as well as the development and implementation of HR service delivery model through active engagement with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to understand business needs, establishment of standards and practices, harmonization of service delivery and continuous improvements.

[What you will be working on]

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the review of HR policies to ensure they are compliant to relevant Public Service HR guidelines and support MPA’s HR strategies and priorities, with consideration of the evolving environment and operational requirements and constraints.
- Drive the optimization of HR processes and resources to deliver high quality, consistent HR services related to the employee lifecycle, including recruitment support, on/offboarding, transfers, operations, employee data management, benefits administration and other workplace related services and in compliance with prevailing statutory regulations, organization policies and procedures and service standards.
- Establish and ensure the standard operating procedures (SOP), service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI) are developed, met, reviewed and revised, when appropriate.

[What we are looking for]

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience, of which 4-5 years of experience in HR policies and operations, with supervisory experience
- Good knowledge of HR policies, processes and best practices, statutory legislations and HR systems, preferably Workday
- Service oriented mindset with a passion in driving continuous improvements initiatives to improve and enhance business practices
- Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
