Assist and supports Operations and Facilities manager for department matters.
Generate departmental reports.
Processing of HQ telephone, postage, photocopier, office rental and utility billing
Coordinate and renew Motion Picture License for entire TOUCH
Managing TOUCH mainline
Coordinate name card & company collaterals printing.
Source and renew office insurance for entire TOUCH
Working Conditions
5-day work week: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm

**Requirements**:
Diploma holder
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
