What will be your role?
- We are looking for a highly motivated IT Operations Analyst to join our IT team and help sustain our rapid growth in Asia and around the world.
- As an IT Analyst, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with all of your colleagues worldwide by providing them daily IT assistance and participating in mid-and long-term IT projects. You will also be in constant contact with our Senior staff (IT Manager) and will be trained in our existing IT procedures, policies and systems.
- The IT department at Kpler actively collaborates with other technology teams (Engineering) and also admin teams (People and Finance) to streamline processes and develop a great employee experience in a supportive and efficient environment.

What you’ll do
- Provide hardware and software support to all Kpler offices and remote workers (troubleshooting, access creation/deletion, etc.)
- Administrate our various SaaS productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Expensify, BambooHR, Shortcut, etc.)
- Manage our IT inventory and maintain IT asset data (serial numbers, software keys, locations, etc.)
- Help with IT procurement - laptops, phones and accessories (mainly in Asia)
- Take a role as part of various ongoing projects (IT security, SSO, MDM, new offices, new solutions deployment)
- Participate in the remote maintenance of our offices’ network infrastructure when necessary (Singapore office and other co-working places, Brussels headquarters,)
- Improve and document hardware/software processes and policies (support, security, renewal, etc.)
- As part of the IT team, manage and improve the onboarding/off-boarding processes (hardware procurement, credentials management, laptop and phone configuration)

You may be a fit if...
- You have at least 2 years of experience in IT management, IT technical support/help desk, networks and/or IT systems administration and configuration
- You speak fluent English. Working knowledge of Chinese or Japanese is a plus
- . You have a good understanding of computer hardware and OS (Windows / macOS)
- You have good network operations knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, wireless networks, etc.)
- You have a good understanding of IT security best practices
- Some working experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Okta and/or Office 365 is a plus
- You have great customer service skills and you are always ready to help your coworkers
- You are adaptive, resourceful and very well organised
- You are autonomous, flexible and can self - prioritise tasks
- You are a fast learner
