We're Hiring**:Social Media & Marketing Strategist**

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Strategy & Planning**: Develop and execute content strategies that align with brand goals and business objectives.
- **Content Calendar Management**: Maintain a consistent and purposeful posting schedule across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- **Copywriting**: Craft engaging captions, campaign messaging, and digital copy that reflects our brand voice and drives engagement.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions), prepare quarterly reports, and share actionable insights.
- **Optimisation & Insights**: Stay ahead of trends, test new formats, and use data to refine strategy and improve content performance.
- **Creative Support**: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, brief visuals, and contribute to basic graphics or short-form video edits.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital trends, online engagement, and audience behaviour
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, etc.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- A strategic thinker with both creative and analytical abilities
