**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Design and implement social media marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- **Content Creation**: Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) including text, graphics, and video.
- **Community Management**: Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive online community.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget management and ad optimization.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor, track, and report on social media performance and KPIs. Use insights to improve future campaigns.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
- **Collaboration**: Work cross-functionally with other departments (e.g. sales, and content) to ensure consistency and effectiveness in messaging.
- **Brand Voice**: Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media channels.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media marketing or related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Experience with social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Ability to create and curate engaging content, including writing, design, and video editing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
