**Role Summary**

Assist the project team to transit from SAP SuccessFactors implementation to post go-live. You will provide support to all end-users and HR team-mates.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation of SAP SF project.
- Undertake knowledge of SF configuration workbooks, provide support and technical assistance.
- Provide first layer support to all end users, including problem resolution and troubleshooting.
- HR systems induction.
- Manage change request, gather user requirements, working with various teams to see-through to change request completion.
- Gather details on the incidents reported by users, perform analysis on the issues and provide end-to-end troubleshooting and support to minimize adverse impact on operations.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science or a related IT discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Prior experience in Employee Central, Timesheet, Time Off, Benefits, LMS, Compensation, Payroll modules will be a huge advantage.
- Certificate in SAP SuccessFactors compensation module is highly preferred
- Strong in project management; problem-solving, analytical skills and SuccessFactors troubleshooting skills.
