SENIOR MANAGER, COMMERCIAL

**[What you will be working on]**

Join a team of changemakers on a mission to redesign the motoring experience - creating a future where transactions happen effortlessly, touchpoints are thoughtfully designed, and where every interaction in a delight. You will be part of a team to reinvent the One Motoring platform, building new capabilities to enable real-time billing, personalised dashboards, and intuitive user flows.

As Senior Manager, Commercial, you’ll be the driving force behind collaborations with payment providers, insurers, inspection, and other industry players. Your will negotiate and secure partnerships that drive long-term success for our ecosystem and our partners.

What You’ll Do
- Drive Partnership Pipeline: Identify, negotiate, and ink game-changing partnerships with key industry players to drive innovation in creating a seamless motoring journey.
- Act as the Relationship Anchor: Be the primary point of contact for ecosystem partners, fostering strong collaboration, trust, and alignment over the long term.
- Ensure Partnership Success: Advance a common agenda that is aligned with our internal teams and external partners, create shared value and ensure smooth execution of commercial agreements.
- Champion Cross-Team Alignment: Act as a conduit between partnership, product, and leadership - ensuring commercial work is directed toward organisational goals.
- Journey Innovation: Work with product teams to define how motoring journeys can be improved and develop an engagement plan to onboard partners to make it happen. Secure support of management and key stakeholders for these new services and partners.
- Support GTM & Product Strategy: Collaborate with product teams to merge tech rollout with industry engagement plans, ensuring timelines are well aligned for all stakeholders.
- Unlock New Growth Opportunities: Proactively scan the market, anticipate trends, and identify areas where partnerships can enhance the motoring experience.

**[What we are looking for]**
- At least 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development, preferably in payments, automotive, mobility, or related digital industries.
- Proven expertise in complex commercial negotiations, structuring win-win agreements with a track record of driving partnerships from concept to execution.
- Sharp business acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities, assess risks, and drive execution across both government and industry.
- Exceptional people skills - a natural relationship-builder who can read a room, influence effectively, navigate diverse stakeholders, and align different interests.
- Strong industry network across payments, automotive services, and digital platforms, with a proven record of finding and forging new connections.
- Familiarity with legal principles in contract law, government approval frameworks, and public-private partnership mechanisms is a significant advantage.
