Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and building market intel for competitors in order to make the jobs more market competitive.

- Primary focus will be recruiting for warehouse-operations positions.
- Providing insights to the recruitment strategy to meet high volume of workforce needed.
- Need to look at different modes of recruitment - job posting, experience and well versed with LinkedIn and social media postings, participating in job fairs, campus hires, bulk hiring, walk ins, working with agencies and also headhunting.
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
- Staying current on the company’s organization structure, HR policy, and laws regarding employment practices.
- Completing timely reports on employment activity
- Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or other related field with minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment; experience in Logistics industry in a recruitment role is preferred but not a must.
- Possess good planning, organizing, reporting, communications, interpersonal and leadership skills to work in a multicultural environment.
- Pro-active, adaptable and driven team player who can work independently and is passionate about providing recruitment solutions.
- Professional with the ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
