Job Summary

Manufacturing Production manages or assists with managing various production activities (e.g., assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, etc.) including:

- Planning, directing, and monitoring production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards
- Liaising with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales, etc. as input to developing production schedules and allocating labor/capital resources
- Planning, prioritizing, and managing production line maintenance/downtime to minimize disruptions

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and supervise activities within their designated area(Compounding/Filling/Packaging) in accordance with- safety, cGMP and quality requirements including coordination between Compounding/Filling/Packaging processes and various- cross-functional personnel. Scopes include overseeing routine cleaning and/or sanitization of all equipment and rooms.- Ensure production activities are carried out timely in accordance to budget, production schedule, material and labour- standards and requirements, and strive to continuously improve productivity, minimize scrap and rejects, as well as review- and correct material and labour variances, and review all necessary documentation as required in accordance to Good- Documentation Practice (GDP).- Establish robust resources & consumables planning to meet the production requirement.- Perform and review all necessary documentation as required and in accordance to Good Documentation Practice (GDP) that- includes MBR, deviation, training & other related production records.- On board & train newly joined associates in the respective functioareasarea.- Completion of training and qualification on time ensuring no overdue training/qualification in his/her area of responsibility.- Lead and assist in the investigation of process deviations and work in a team to identify and work on opportunities for- productivity/process improvements.- Perform any other responsibility as assigned by the supervisor.

Must haves:
- Good track record of people management skills. 5+ years managing blue collar team members- Is technical (must be able to be advice on technical issues and suggest/make decisions).- From biologics or aseptic background, experience in drug product.-
- Good attitude and learning agility.- Good communication and collaboration with quality/labs, engineers.
