**Job Description, Responsibilities**:

- Act as mentor to the supporting staff assigned, and to the Company’s creative team as a whole
- Research into project context and brief, and formulation of design narrative
- Zoning and space planning
- Participate in the sourcing, editing and compilation of appropriate images to define project aesthetics and ambience
- Overseeing the supporting FF&E staff in the selection of mood imagery, FF&E, and finishes/materials palettes
- Participate in the preparation of presentation decks
- Coordinate with 3D visualisers for their production of presentation renderings
- Design development, and full coordination with the internal design & production team, as well as external consultants
- Review of vendors’ shopdrawings and sample submissions
- Attend project meetings & site visits

**Job Requirements**:

- Outstanding creative talent with high level of commitment and attention to detail
- Degree or recognised qualification in Interior Design or Architecture
- Minimum 8 years of experience on a broad range of high-end hospitality projects
- Thorough understanding of detailing, both contemporary and classical
- Strong understanding of the associated supporting consultant disciplines, and ability to steer them in the best interest of the project
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong task and time management
- Ability to effectively coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders, while building good relationships at all levels.

**Salary Range**:

- S$6,000 - S$8,500, depending on relevant experience
