**Working at NTT**

The primary responsibility of the Billing Operations Analyst is to analyse the accuracy of data related to the billing process. The Billing Operations Analyst optimises, implements and reports on all billing activities. This is done by auditing data sets extracted from the billing system and review the information for accuracy.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Implement billing operations to maximise effectiveness and accuracy
- Audit integrity and accuracy of data entered into the system
- Monitor operation of the billing system
- Contribute to the design of solutions to billing issues
- Work with the system design team to implement new features
- Recommend improvement for the billing operations processes and procedures and implement approved recommendations
- Reconcile financial information, files and records to ensure the availability and accuracy of the information
- Implement written policies and procedures that govern billing operations
- Drive the implementation of new billing systems and/or integration of changes to existing billing system
- Prepare financial and statistical reports
- Validate billing transactions on the billing system
- Investigate and analyse any collection matters raised by management
- Supply monthly billing packs for relevant managers
- Process new billing files and failed billing files
- Provide technical support to billing department and operate all billing systems
- Coordinate with various internal groups and resolve all current issues and documents all billing system enhancement requests
- Work with management to ensure that billing accuracy objectives are achieved
- Monitor and correct data incongruences that could directly impact the quality and billing operations processes
- Ensure that system wide reconciliations and assurance checks are carried out accurately and timeously
- Perform a variety of analytical functions including the review and management of large data sets to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with internal controls
- Assist with continuous process improvement projects related to billing controls, quality and efficiency, and automation opportunities
- Ensure all operational reconciliation and audit control processes are complete, managing any errors through to resolution

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in similar billing or contract administrative support
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel VBA or Python or Macro is an advantage
- Meticulous in handling figures with good eye for details
- Possess good inter-personal communication skills
- Able to start work on short notice is preferred

**What will make you a good fit for the role?**

**Contract Analyst**: The Contract Lifecycle Coordinator operates at a local or regional level and would be responsible for medium to larger sized contracts from a perspective of value and complexity.
- Provide a general administrative function to the Contract Lifecycle Management team, including co-ordinating meetings and logistics, filing and record keeping and dealing with basic client queries, ensuring that the relevant database is up to date and accurate
- Administer contract data for medium to larger sized clients, vendors and/or sub-contractors. They contribute to the compilation of contract documents such as master agreements, schedules, scopes of work (SOW) and service level agreements
- Manage the activation of the contract for servicing as per the Company activation policy
- Ensure that the relevant systems are regularly updated with the specific information from the contracts lifecycle management process
- Ensure the correctness and completeness of contract information and data by verifying that all sub-documents of the contracts are included and that all detail has been completed
- Investigate or correct any identified errors or discrepancies or escalate for resolution
- Keep track of contract renewal dates ensuring they are renewed before expiry
- Escalate details of renewals that will not be executed on time to the Senior
