Purpose and scope

Responsibilities
Provide billing support and customer services to Sembcorp Utilities customers.
Prepare and generate accurate and timely invoices to customers.
Respond to billing enquiries and resolve billing issues.
Responsible for the day to day billing and customer support activities.
Support the billing system project activities, such as user acceptance testing, data analysis, data migration and project documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience in a billing or finance role preferred.
Skills/Competencies & Preferred Characteristics
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Dynamics).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and comfort in working with numbers.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
