**Responsibilities**
- Audit data sets extracted from billing system to review accuracy
- Reconcile financial information, files, and records to ensure availability and accuracy of information
- Provide general administrative function to Contract Lifecycle Management, filing and record keeping, and dealing with basic client queries
- Administer contract data e.g. master agreements, schedules, scopes of work, service level agreements
- Implement written policies and procedures that govern billing operation
- Investigate and analyse any collection matters & contract matters raised by management
- Ensure all operational reconciliation and audit control processes are complete, managing any errors through to resolution
- Ensure that client contracts are updated with latest sales order details and invoice amounts are updated
- Prepare and distribute required reports including renewal schedules, client
- Keep track of contract renewal dates ensuring they are renewed before expiry

**Requirements**:

- At least a post-secondary education
- 1 year experience in similar billing/contract, or general administrative support in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience in Excel spreadsheets and working with advanced Excel formulas
- Meticulous in handling figures with good eye for detail
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to represent NTT to our clients
