**About the Company
Nature One Dairy is an Australian-owned company dedicated to producing only the highest quality powdered and liquid milk products. We produce a range of dairy products specifically designed for every age group ranging from infants to the elderly and everything in-between. Nature One Dairy products are available in Australia as well as international markets including China, Singapore, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
Our powdered milk products are manufactured in ISO 8 pharmaceutical grade facility in Carrum Downs, Victoria which has been specifically designed with infant formula in mind. Our liquid milk products are manufactured in Nepean River Dairy, a wholly owned Nature One Dairy company, located in Winston Hills, New South Wales. We produce a range of fresh milk, UHT, flavoured milk, almond and soy milk, and a variety of plant-based products.
Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, you will be an integral part of the Regional HQ (Singapore) team driving excellence in performance of the team.
**Responsibility 1**:
**Sales Admin**
- Order fulfilment of orders from retailers
- Generation of packing list, invoices, and delivery orders
- Generate credit note, debit note, or replacement note for goods returned, short bill etc.
- Generate weekly or monthly sales report for reporting to Management
- Assist Merchandising Manager on sales related matters
- Any other duties as assigned by manager
**Responsibility 2**:
**Warehouse Operations**
- Execute day-to-day operational activities of supply chain, inventory planning and logistics activities of the commercial operations.
- Coordinate the forecast from internal to 3PL for planning purposes
- Evaluate daily outbound capacity through coordinating with sales and retails and other relevant parties.
- Evaluate Warehouse Day to day picking, packing efficiency including order fulfilment accuracy.
- Ensuring deliveries are fulfilled based on retailer’s requested date.
- Responsible to monitoring warehouse order fulfilment:
- Monitoring daily order
- Monitoring the delivery status
- Monitoring POD status in SharePoint (cloud)
- Maintain Delivery Summary Reports
- Responsible for returns management
- Monitor the progress of scanning returns
- Monitor the segregation of products
- Maintain the Return Summary Reports
**Responsibility 3**:
**3PL Management & Import Coordination**
- Experience in managing 3PL Warehouse service provider.
- Ability to identify warehouse issues and drive 3PL for improvements.
- Coordinate with local freight forwarder and 3PL for all incoming shipments from factories
- Ensure communication and collaboration with other functional departments and between 3PLs for quick reaction to urgencies or issues
- Other projects as assigned and process improvements.
- Support all logistics ad hoc activities assigned by Manager.
**Responsibility 4**:
**Report & Billings**
- Responsible to follow up all warehouse invoices for payment processing
- Conduct monthly inventory invoices reconciliations
- Ensure warehouse submit monthly KPI report for reviewing.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Logistics or relevant studies or Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3 years working experience in sales admin, supply chain, customer service & logistics
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results
- Experienced working with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Able to work independently and self-motivated as well as a team player
- Working location: Tanjong Pagar
- Working hour: 5 working days per week (8:00am - 5:30pm)
