**Job Overview
As one of the leading trading companies of Beauty Products in Singapore, Neferti Pte Ltd is looking for a passionate, aggressive, and experienced Sales Admin to be part of our growing team.

The Sales Admin will work in a fluid and collaborative environment and support the sales team in their administrative work. He/she is organised, able to multitask, able to work effectively and possesses good teamwork.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure timely, creation of quotations, invoice, D/O (issue of delivery orders, and invoice for delivery) for professional submission of all information as requested by clients, ensure follow-up.
- Assist in preparing Sales Order and other internal documents as required.
- Responsible for liaising with existing customers’ enquiries.
- Process packing list and commercial invoice (for forwarder). Coordinate shipments between logistics & client (coordinate with forwarder on export shipment to ensure smooth shipments)
- Support operations team by handling trade documentation
- Handling day to day paperwork and liaising with collaborated department, such as warehouse.
- Payment follow-up
- Other tasks include booking & arranging travel, travel visa, transportation & accommodation for sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-year experience in sales team or office admin.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English. Need to communicate often to customers from China.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Able to pick up commonly used computer software after some training.
- Possesses good interpersonal communication skills, and able to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Efficient time management and thrive in a lively environment.
