We’re now looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our Southeast Asia team, supporting the Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia markets.
**The Role**
This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in cross-functional, international environments and enjoys turning data into action that drives commercial results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Demand Planning: Partner with the sales team to develop accurate yearly and monthly customer demand plans. Collate and monitor this data in IBP, updating operations and sales teams to ensure day-to-day planning is on track.
- Sales Support: Translate forecasts into actionable delivery plans by variety, size, grade, and location. Confirm weekly order details, coordinate closely with operations, and be the primary point of contact for customers on order fulfillment.
- Project Support: Assist Country Managers and the Regional Manager with ad-hoc projects, providing translation, administration, and operational support as needed.
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent attention to detail, strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Have strong communication skills and be comfortable working across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones.
- Strong interpersonal skills and be confident liaising with multiple stakeholders and customers.
- Experience in FMCG, supply chain, or international sales support is an advantage.
- Be proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
