Clinic Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
- Manage clinic finances, including budgeting, billing, and financial reporting.
- Monitor patient flow, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
- Implement strategies to improve clinic efficiency, patient satisfaction, and service quality.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement of supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
- Ensure electronic health records (EHR) are properly maintained and secure.
- Monitor and manage clinic quality metrics, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Over 5 years of experience in healthcare management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of clinic operations, healthcare regulations, and billing practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage staff, multitask, and solve problems effectively.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
