**Requirements & Job Scope**
Position : Accounting and Admin Officer
AWS : 1 month
Bonus : Variable Bonus
Bachelor degree
- English (Business Level)
(Proficiency in any of the following would be of advantage)
- Japanese
Japanese language skill of JPLT N2 or above to communicate with the person-in-charge of the accounting department in Headquarter in Japan, as well as to prepare the internal documents for submission to our Headquarter.
Experience and knowledge in the following:
- Accounting
Full set accounting, GST filing, audit liaison, budget and cash flow management, corporate and personal tax filing.
- Admin/HR
Your job scope includes as follows:
(1) Accounting-related matters, including but not limited to:
- Payment to vendors and employees (including preparation of Payment Vouchers and banking transactions in online banking system)
- Manage cash flow and term deposit
- Checking of monthly management reports (prepared by outsourcing firm)
- Checking of GST filing (prepared by outsourcing firm)
- Liaison with auditors
- Preparation of financial forecast and/or other required reports
- Checking of Corporate Tax Filing details (prepared by outsourcing firm)
- Assisting with the preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation
- Invoicing
- Checking of expense claims
(2) General administrative duties and assistance, including but not limited to:
- Business trip arrangements for employees (flight, hotel, car hire, travel insurance purchase, data travel subscription)
- Insurance purchase (General insurances and health insurance for employees)
- Purchase and management of office supplies
- Preparation of Internal Approval Documents
- Attending to visitors/guests
- Management and updating of various documents and/or lists
- Sales/Project support (documentation, progress tracking and liaison with clients where necessary)
- Management of Corp Pass access
- And other ad-hoc tasks
(3) Human resource-related duties, including but not limited to:
- Checking of Payroll (prepared by outsourcing firm)
- Preparation of IR8A and IR21 for locally-hired employees
- Preparation of tax filing data for Japanese expatriates to be submitted to Head Office
- Leave management
- Review of Company Policies
- Time Sheet checking
- Assisting with housing contracts for Japanese expatriates
(4) Such other duties which from time to time as the Employer may assign.
