**The role**

Sitting in the Commercial Department reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this position will help to drive strategic projects in the acceleration of our business. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and our senior leadership to set the strategy, design the go-to-market and implement the roll-out.

You need to have a firm grasp and understanding of the business goals of the company and have a strong commercial thinking, leveraging on qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities and help accelerate commercial growth of the categories in a scalable and sustainable manner.

**Main responsibilities**
- Lead and manage high-impact special projects through its full lifecycle from concept to implementation, to support operations and cross-functional initiatives across the organisation.
- Coordinate and design the end-to-end execution of strategic projects
- Work with various stakeholders to identify goals, roadblocks, gaps, and solutions
- Engage departments and teams to share best practices and improve end to end outcomes for strategic initiatives
- Development of the overall project management strategy, tactically driving teams to deliver according to project scope and objectives
- Develop and monitor KPI trackers that will support the project to iterate to make refinements to their plans

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Experience**
- 3-5 years in business development and/or entrepreneurship
- Prior experience in a high growth, fast-paced fashion brand and startup environment
- Prior experience with DTC/e-commerce/digital platforms
- Proven track record of bringing ideas and insights to life
- Proven track record of leading and influencing, with or without authority
