Job Title: Strategic Project Lead

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate multiple related projects to ensure timely delivery, within budget, and meeting overall business objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional, cross-departmental, and cross-company teams to oversee all aspects of a project from initiation to closure.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, identifying and scheduling workstream deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks.
  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.

Key Skills:

  • Strong business domain knowledge in banking, excellent analytical and communication skills, and extensive experience in requirements gathering and process analysis.
  • Leadership skills, initiative, and ability to mentor junior team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field, or at least 8-10 years of equivalent work experience.
  • 10-15 years progressive management experience, including large-scale project and program management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
  • Excellent vendor management skills, with ability to liaise and communicate effectively with technical engineers and business users.
