Responsible in Characterizing of new design across temp and to assess whether the parameters are with in spec.
- Responsible for developing the system level program to screen millions of parts in production environment.
- Responsible to debug and root cause the design issue in the chip.
- Responsible to correlate the ATE with Bench result and identify the root cause if there are any gaps.

**Job Requirements**:

- University Engineering Degree in Electrical / Electronic discipline with a basic understanding of electronics engineering fundamentals and circuit analysis
- Working knowledge of analog and mixed signal IPs (ie ADCs, DACs, PLLs, LDOs).
- Capable of understanding and developing LabVIEW test software.
- Able to work with common test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, data analyzer, logic analyzer, network analyzer, PXI instrumentation, AWG, digitizer, source measurement unit, etc).

**Desired Skills**:

- Visual C++ and GUI based Software Programming capabilities with exposure to Unix / Linux environment
- Familiarity with the various Digital, SOC, Analog, Power Management and Mixed Signal Products and the testability of the electrical parameters in Wafer Sort & Final Test
- Communications skills with internal team members and Customer teams.
- Able to work independently and with good initiative to overcome technical challenges.
