JR30662 Senior Test Engineer

As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for developing frameworks for monitoring and improving Engineering performance to plan, providing value-add engineering solutions, and driving continuous improvement projects in Test yield and processes and Manufacturing cycle time. You will also provide support in product test proliferation and excursion management activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop frameworks for monitoring and improve Engineering performance to plan
- Provide value-add engineering solutions to meet cycletime improvement, cost reduction and quality performance goals
- Drive continuous improvement projects in Test processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Provide support in product proliferation test activities
- Support Quality team in excursion management activities
- Work closely with Test planning/manufacturing/engineering teams to ensure the smooth execution of Test manufacturing operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional Central/Site teams to overcome Test operation issues and challenges

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical/ Electronics or related field
- Demonstrate data analysis and analytical problem-solving skills
- Good team player with good communication and leadership skills
- The ability to manage multiple issues and result oriented
- Basic python programming skill
