Job Description:
Connect Energy partners with a Finance institution to look for an EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, who is responsible for the overall strategic, financial and operation of the company in Singapore. This is a start up company where this position will take the lead to grow the company with the support from the stakeholders / Board Management.

**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing the operational and strategic planning for the growth of the company
- As a financial institution / securities, this position is to make sure that the company is run according to Singapore governance frameworks especially on MAS SFA
- As a start up, the initial stage will require this role to take on a few roles and proactive

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Master in Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years experience in Securities industry with 6 years in management role.
- Comply with relevant examination requirements (M1A or 1B, 2A, 6 and 6A, M5, 8 and 8A0
- Familiar with retails and institution clients
- Very good in analytical skills for problem solving and managing complex processes
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Teamplayer, logical thinking, able to work under pressure and dedicated.
- Strong people management, good business acumen with ability to build new partnerships and collaborations.
- MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH MAS SFA RULES AND REGULATIONS for Capital Market License
- Familiar with Risk Management and Compliance Framework
- Resident of Singapore
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin preferred as stakeholders are Chinese.
