Our team works with in-country business units and a wide range of business verticals (transport, food, deliveries, etc) to improve the journey and experience of all our users. We aim to promote ease to our driver partners, merchant partners and passengers focusing on quality and customer satisfaction.

**Get to know the Role**

The Strategy, Project and Analytics team delivers key strategic and special projects around automations, latest tech, product revamp, data science, best practices etc.

**The Day-to-Day Activities**
- Execute: Support execution of impactful projects that lift the Customers’ and Drivers’ experience to world class levels by facilitating alignment of cross-functional areas, surfacing and resolving issues, assessing risks, conducting follow-up, coordinating communications and maintaining project documentation
- Measure, analyze, and report actionable insights and best practices to design enhanced customer experiences and influence future servicing strategies
- Collaborate: Work with members from different teams towards a single goal
- Role model at all times Grab 4 H to ensure we are always, always, working in a way that our behaviours would make us proud
- Try, break, succeed, repeat

**The Must-Haves**
- You must have passion and flair for customer journey and products
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to execute tasks in collaboration with different teams
- Impact oriented and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical skills and structured process thinking, attentive to detail
- Proficient in MS Suite and/or G Suite, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Structured head - Demonstrated understanding of business processes
- Superb command of English and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of different service models and customer service channels is good to have
- Understanding of customer’s expectations, behaviors etc. is good to have
