**ABOUT AsiaNext (Asia Digital Exchange)**

Asia Digital Exchange (AsiaNext) envisions to become a trusted digital exchange for institutional clients in Asia and globally by offering an integrated end to end trading, settlement and custody service for crypto-currencies and digital assets. The joint venture between SIX Digital Exchange (SDX) and SBI Digital Asset Holdings Co., Ltd. will provide an institutional-grade environment to initially trade crypto-currency assets and later to issue, trade and custodies digital assets as well as enable the tokenization of existing securities and non-bankable assets.

AsiaNext is set to directly target the institutional demand or trading cryptocurrency assets, as well as the growing demand for public and private regulated digital assets and securities. It will leverage the extensive networks of SIX Digital Exchange in Switzerland and Europe, and SBI in the Asian marketplace, as well as their joint expertise in facilitating Institutional clients’ needs. Both SIX and SBI have demonstrated leadership in digital asset markets globally through several previously launched initiatives in the space.

**Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following list and may vary during your employment based on the needs of the business, as determined by the CEO**:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to bring institutional clients as per ADX business plan targets
- Ensure the best possible service to our clients and partners, and to represent the interests of those clients and partners within the ADX ecosystem
- Support and collaborate with the rest of the management team to establish and build the company
- Assess and develop new client-led product ideas that could deliver significant, long-term revenue potential
- Utilise crypto expertise to devise in collaboration with Product Development and subsequently sell innovative products and services to ADX clients
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- The role involves international travel for roadshows and interaction with stakeholders

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience
- Minimum 7 + years’ experience in selling position
- Experience in the crypto and digital asset space or capital markets
- Extensive experience in sales and relationship management for institutional clients

**Skills**:

- Demonstrable experience in sales and relationship management of institutional clients in the financial sector
- Through understanding of crypto-currencies, digital exchanges and digital assets
- Ability to produce a narrative to customers around a broad portfolio of solutions to help meet business objectives
- Experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Mandarin desirable but not a prerequisite)
