**Key Responsibilities**:
**Daily Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, dispatch, and inventory control
- Ensure cold storage temperature is consistently maintained in accordance with food safety standardsTroubleshoot and resolve operational issues, including equipment breakdowns or discrepancies

**People & Process Supervision**:

- Lead and manage warehouse staff, including supervisors, forklift drivers, and general workers
- Plan work schedules, assign duties, conduct performance reviews, and enforce safety complianceImplement and improve SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for warehouse activities

**Customer & Stakeholder Handling**:

- Liaise with clients on delivery/collection arrangements, complaints, and service customization
- Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure service excellenceMaintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational transparency

**Business Development Support (Startup Phase)**:

- Contribute to designing operational workflows, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing models
- Support the implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS)Participate in facility layout planning, workflow optimization, and staff recruitment during the setup period

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- **On-Time Warehouse Performance**(Inbound/outbound accuracy and timeliness)
- **Customer Satisfaction Score**(Complaint rate, service feedback)
- **Cold Chain Integrity**(Temperature monitoring, product loss/damage rate)
- **Workplace Safety & Team Management**(Attendance, incident-free days)
- **Process Improvement Initiatives**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in **cold chain, food, or FMCG**sectors
- Prior experience managing both local and foreign workers on the warehouse floor
- Working knowledge of WMS, inventory systems, and temperature-controlled operations
- Fluent in **English**and able to communicate in **Mandarin**or other languages is a plus
- Strong leadership, hands-on approach, attention to detail, and high stress tolerance
- Willing to be involved in both strategic and ground-level tasks
