  • Balancing deliveries between internal delivery teams and outsourced providers to meet customer needs.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory through cycle counts, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Ensuring a well-organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Compliance with government regulations and workplace safety standards.
  • Maintenance of warehouse equipment.
  • Accurate updating of warehouse activities and transactions in relevant systems.
  • Proper documentation of all deliveries.
  • Evaluating and supervising the performance of the warehouse team.
Requirements:
  • Professional Certificate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in logistics or manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Deep understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management.
  • Forklift license beneficial.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP WMS) and data analysis tools.
  • Capacity to move loads and carton boxes weighing up to 20 kg.
  • Availability for shift work and overtime.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to warehouse operations advantageous.
