**We are looking for you,**

**Master Trainer (Panel)**

to our Competence Development team in Neste Singapore Refinery, located at Tuas.

You will focus on delivering quality training and assessments using simulation tools to ensure that the panel operators are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. This includes, simulator training sessions, coaching participants and providing feedback for the evaluation of their performance thereby also responsible for assessing trainee’s progress via VOC (Verification of Competence) and recording their performance. This role also ensure that the training scenarios are relevant, realistic and aligned with the operational standards hence, this role involves collaboration with simulator developers to ensure that the content and simulation scenarios reflect actual operating conditions.at the site. In this job you will work closely with various stakeholders in our refinery such as Operations department, software developer including working closely with internal team members which includes Master Trainer (Field) to support and deliver training activities for the site.

**Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future**
- Lead and deliver quality simulator training sessions for Operations and ensuring that the training scenarios are relevant, realistic and aligned with the operational standards.
- Ensure the quality and effectiveness of the training through post-training feedback sessions and conducting regular assessments of the training process across shift on the relevancy of the simulation training in the learning path. This includes the assessment and training record keeping for trainee performance with the provision of feedback for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the simulator developer to ensure training content and simulation scenarios are accurate to reflect operating practices and challenges.

**Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role**
- Experience in panel operator role with strong Operational knowledge of plant operations and process control systems.
- Experience in delivering training program.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining high standards of quality in training programs and assessments.
- Significant experience in delivering training programs, coaching, and assessing performance in MHI (Machine Human interface) operational setting
