Roles & Responsibilities

**OVERVIEW**:
Manage daily operations. To lead and mentor the team, plans/ develop for sales/service strategies, mediate/coordinate and resolve operations related issue, decisions making, influence and inspired/ manage and motivate co-workers.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Follow-up on any outlet operations related matters
- Perform checking on outlets (Staff, equipment, furniture, lighting, aircon, cleanliness) to ensure is ready for operations
- Conduct outlet briefing for staff before operations
- Check & arrange last minute insert reservations for regulars and walk-in to filled empty tables/turn-over tables and maximize sales of the night
- Perform visits on tables to check on the service/service follow-up, build/maintain rapport with walk-in/regulars, explore and expand networking with guest to source more potential regulars/supporters
- Perform bill checking at cashier counter, verify and inspect/void bill
- Handle customer feedback/complains, stolen bottles, guest arguments, keep the damage to the minimum or turn it into a happy ending by mediations, facilitate After Action Report when incident arise, conduct service recovery
- Staff progress/developments, staff reports and appraisals
- Verify cash sales/calculations at cashier counter after end of operations
- Prepare monthly sales reports
- Coordinate on staff transport for any additions bus/trips when necessary, E-leave approval for staff, Biometrics/finger print register for new join staff
- Monitor crowd flow in outlet, to activate crowd-control procedure with security when necessary
- Monitor music volume in outlet, to engage maintenance/DJs adjust volume if necessary
- Perform final check on outlet after operations

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 3 years of relevant management experience
- Good leadership, performance management, coaching and problem-solving skills
- Service orientated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of written and spoken English
