**What you will be working on**
- Responsibilities:
You will be reporting to the Team Lead of Career & Professional Development (CPD), as part of Human Capital Division. In this role, you will be part of the team to:

- Lead internship management. Key roles include maintaining the internship management policy and process; advertising internship opportunities; co-ordinating with internal stakeholders and IHLs; arranging interviews; preparing offer letter and all other administrative tasks pertaining to the support of the entire internship program.
- Administer and coordinate learning and development programmes as the training coordinator. Key tasks include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on the training requirements to support employees’ learning and development needs; monitoring and tracking employees’ training progress, with alignment to the competency-based development framework.
- Lead in the creation and management of individualized talent profiles and development plan.
- Assist Talent management team in the administration and implementation of the leadership programmes. Key tasks include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on the requirements to support the leaders’ development; monitoring and tracking leaders’ training progress, with alignment to the leadership competency-based development framework; Implementing the 360 feedbacks for leaders.

- Requirements:
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.

- Background in Human Resource Management and its equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a HR Business Partner, Learning Development and /or Talent Management Specialist.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and possess a high level of confidentiality and integrity to manage sensitive and confidential data and information.
