Singapore KOUFU PTE LTD Full time

We are looking for a Senior/ L&D Executive with opportunity to grow with us. As part of the Learning & Development team, you will initiate, develop and implement learning plans, initiatives and systems that support organisation and staff learning and development needs. This position reports to the L&D Manager, and interfaces with company line managers, employees across the group, training providers and government agencies.
- To assist the Learning & Development Manager to help employees advance their skills and knowledge.
- To help the organization succeed by training and developing its personnel.
- Analyse workforce training needs, recommend and implement solutions, and evaluate and measure effectiveness.
- Coordinate and support all learning programs.
- Conduct WSQ and other non-WSQ programs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma holder in Human Resource Management, Psychology or other related discipline
- Minimum Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or ACTA
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience, preferably in the F&B or Retail Industry
- Proficient with MS Office
- Passion to learn and impart knowledge and skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a good ability to build relations with employees and external parties
- Good presentation skills
- Salary commensurate with experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $4,000.00 per month
