**Command Centre Executive**

**Role**:This job role entails maintaining communication with all sites including on-site supervisory and operations management personnel at all times, coordinating the deployment of security officers, monitoring, and documenting all communication to and from sites, and serving as a liaison between management and the sites during emergencies.

The position is based at the Main Office and is a static desk job that may require long periods of sitting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, manage and execute the daily manpower deployments for the company’s projects and work with the Operations Department to ensure a balanced manpower situation on a day-to-day basis;
- Work closely with other departments and provide administrative support where necessary to resolve enquiries and requests received.
- Ensure attendance are accurately recorded and verified, and sites are covered as specified.
- Ensure all internal and external stakeholders have accurate and timely information.
- Manage all inbound and outbound simultaneous omnichannel communications in a timely and professional manner, and processing requests in accordance with the prescribed processes and procedures as well as service level agreements.
- Monitor, coordinate, track, respond and manage security events and incidents according to prescribed procedures and processes, and provide real-time situation awareness to key stakeholder(s).
- Perform remote access control as well as monitoring and surveillance duties.
- Manage the performance, morale and discipline of the on-site personnel and shall include compliance checks on night shift team to ensure the standards of our security team during the silent hour.
- Conduct induction training or briefings and disseminate site processes to the relevant security personnel from time to time.
- Responding appropriately to emergencies including guiding the on-site security personnel and abiding by the escalation procedure of the respective project.
- Conduct investigations and vet incident reports submitted by the security team, and prepare and conduct After Action Report and/or Review for incidents.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to update the Management on the Command Centre’s performance.
- Other Ad Hoc tasks that may assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in computer skills especially Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
- Must possess a valid Security License with a minimum PWM Grade of Senior Security Officer (SSO)
- Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent.
- Able to work on either Day & Night shift as per operational requirement.
- Possess excellent decision making, strategic thinking, leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and ethical conduct skills.
- Possess strong leadership and character. Prior supervisory experience is an advantage;
- Able to cope well in a dynamic and challenging work environment and demanding work schedules;
- Able to remain calm under pressure;
- Possess High attention-to-detail;
- Confident and result-oriented;
- Team player and willing to learn; and
- It would be advantageous if the applicant possesses one of the following licenses:

- Class 2;
- Class 2A;
- Class 2B;
- Class 3; and/or
- Class 3A
