**Job Description
- Develop and implement risk control guidelines for company projects, and design risk control strategies for overseas cash loans and consumer installment products throughout the lending process (pre-lending, during lending, and post-lending stages).
- Lead the design, development, validation, monitoring, and optimization of various credit scoring models.
- Work closely with business-related departments to develop risk policies and strategies that meet product needs and business goals, and promote the implementation of risk policies and strategies at the specific business level. Keep abreast of changes in front-end requirements and promote business development under the premise of reasonable risk control.
- Monitor and analyze the implementation and effectiveness of risk policies and strategies, monitor and analyze external economic environment, regulatory policies, and legal requirements, and continuously optimize and improve business review processes.

**Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related fields.
- At least 8 years of risk management experience in the Internet finance industry, with a solid foundation in financial risk control theory and familiarity with relevant laws and regulations. Proficient in risk rules and processes.
- Proficient in risk modeling, big data, and risk products, with a priority given to those with risk control backgrounds in the Internet finance industry.
- Proficient in at least one of the following analysis tools: SQL, Python, etc.
- Professional and rigorous work attitude, strong sense of ownership, and willingness to take responsibility for target results.
- Experience in overseas internet credit risk control is preferred.
