**About the Role**

**Role Type**:Permanent, Full Time

**What will your day look like?**
- Promote collaboration to achieve IR Options (sales & trading) financial targets.
- Promote sales/trading cooperation and engage with sales team to maximise IR Option sales and trading results.
- Ensure consistent, competitive, and timely pricing to internal and external customers.
- Work with product and sales to jointly manage IR Options' risk, profitability and compliance.
- Improve Risk Awareness & Risk Culture and ensure limit management and compliance with all internal and external requirements.
- Comply with front office control checks and deal processes to limit transactional processing risk issues and prevent operational risk/trading errors.

**What will you bring?**

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

- Strong background in trading IR Options with extensive relevant experience.
- Experienced in working with quants and technology to model, develop and manage these products.
- Experience working within a team across multiple geographies and time zones is required.
- Experience in dealing with internal and external clients and negotiating with clients and stakeholders. Strong customer focus and ability to drive results.
- Knowledge of regulatory framework and requirements in relevant countries.
- Demonstrate ANZ Values and Behaviours: Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect and Excellent.
