**Principal Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Assist in handling volunteer enquiries
- Verification of volunteer particulars
- Work with MOW coordinators on volunteer deployment
- Maintaining of volunteer data
- Assist with the volunteer briefing
- Collate survey feedback on volunteer experience
- Assist in volunteer deployment for TOUCH Giving Festival and logistic

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Diploma holder in any discipline
- At least 1 year of experience in project, stakeholder and budget management
