**Position: Operations Area Manager**:
Location: Singapore
**Salary**: Negotiable
**1. Manage and oversee daily operations of multiple outlets, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
2. Develop and implement sales targets, employee training plans, and service improvement measures.
3. Conduct regular outlet inspections, provide optimization suggestions, and follow up on implementation.
4. Analyze operational data and assist in improving profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Experience Requirements:
- At least 3 years of outlet operations or management experience in Western fast-food chains. Familiarity with new store openings is preferred.
- Prior experience as a Area manager or similar role managing 5 or more outlets.
- Skills:
- Excellent team coordination skills with the ability to guide and motivate employees.
- Strong analytical skills to identify operational issues and propose solutions.
- Age Requirement: Above 25.
- Education: Diploma or higher; relevant fields in restaurant management preferred.
