Role Purpose

Responsible for AQUA SPOT ON development and implementation of Trade strategy to achieve business growth

Ensure that Brand and Line Management strategies are in line with Key Accounts’ development to achieve set targets

Engage with Key Accounts to improve customer experience on the tool

Undertake a proactive role in the development of new business, specifically focused on sourcing new customers using AQUA.

Trouble shout as required, provide and conduct training to the team on usage of the tool

Assist trade team in development of all Southbound pricing policies and strategies for AQUA

To be multi-skilled in all aspects of (a) preparation/ analysis/monitoring of ANL performance, (b) analysis of competitive information in the trade, (c) analysis of performance of trade versus strategies employed

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Activities

Define the commercial and pricing policy for short-term quotations of the trade and ensure its implementation

Analyze lines KPIs and recommendations for short-term quotations made by the tool in coordination with the Commercial Line Manager

Validate short-term quotations based on the digital commercial strategy and update the system accordingly

Manage and provide support, with the team, to Agencies network by optimizing their performance, achieving their commercial targets and promoting the Group digital platform

Liaise with trade teams to develop strategies for ANL services to ensure maximization of revenue and vessel utilization.

Budget and Activities follow up

Participate in establishing a budget and in following-up and analyzing its evolution

Participate in customer allocation review with focus on AQUA SPOT targets/performance

Identify, manage and drive growth with Key Accounts for AQUA within the Oceania Trade

Marketing

Manage Customers' segmentation in coordination with ANL Line Department and local Sales team in view of transformation ratios' continual improvement

Develop and analyze market studies to identify the evolutions within the scope and propose actions

Provide KPI/Dashboard reports monthly for Trade Managers and Management.

Maintain a good understanding of industry trends through proactive communication with Key Accounts

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree

At least 5 years of relevant experience working in Maritime Industry

Good team spirit with good communication skills (verbal/written) would be paramount for internal stakeholder management.

Results-oriented, analytical, good attention to detail.

Previous sales or project management experience is an advantage
