**Responsibilities**:

- Pricing and book running mainly for JPY FX Spot for Asia time zone (including Japan)
- Live steaming of prices on Nomura's e-platform
- To manage and work on projects relating to JPY FX Spot products; product leadership within Asia (including Japan) business
- To manage and promote existing Asia (including Japan) client franchise
- To partner with and bring synergy across Japan and Asia ex-Japan Sales, Structuring and Trading desks to advance Nomura's regional JPY FX Spot franchise

**Job Requirements**
- Minimally a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 7 years of experience in trading JPY FX Spot in an established financial institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience at a bank and dealing with Japanese institutional clients.
- Strong performance track record
- Strategic thinker with strong communications and presentation skills
- Innovative, self-motivated, a team player, able to work independently and under pressure and meet deadlines
