We are looking for a Spot Trading Operations Manager who will join our Global Operations team. The position scope is to optimize the operation process and promote the optimization of operation tools, improve operational efficiency and prevent operational risks.

This is a full-time position that can be remote (preferably APAC timezones) or in one of our locations (e.g. Singapore).

**Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership and lead the team to optimize our existing operations process
- Improve and enhance the operational efficiency
- Leverage internal stakeholders and systematically plan the roadmap for tooling and process optimization
- Proactively anticipating and preventing operational risks.Build and run a high-efficiency daily operation system to support rapid growth of the business
- Perform data analysis, provide key insights using a data-driven approach
- Define, track, and improve KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- 4-6 years of relevant operations experience in project management/business process improvement, preferably in banking, exchange, fin-tech or startup/internet company.
- Strong commercial and operational acumen as well as critical problem solving skills
- Ability to build strong cross functional relationships - communications and engaging with internal stakeholders of various levels is key
- Experience in and understanding of blockchain trading business is a plus
