**About Us**

Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.

We are looking for a Media and Marketing Specialist to handle our bank's internal and external communications to enhance brand and product awareness.

**Responsibilities**

**1.**Media Marketing & Design**
- In charge of performing social media and website content updates, producing content, key messages, and posts designed to drive traffic, promote audience engagement, and support company objectives.
- Contribute to overall digital growth and content marketing strategy to communicate Company’s profile to the target audience and to support the Company outreach and expansion.
- Collaborate with Sales team in product launch.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the brand message.

**2.**Brand Management**
- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation.
- Monitor brand performance and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
- Manage corporate communications such as developing guidelines for the Bank’s staff on social postings.

**3.**Vendor Management**
- Establish and maintain relationships with media, press, and MICE suppliers.
- Coordinate with external PR and marketing agencies on marketing projects as well as events.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate with external partners to execute marketing campaigns and events.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 - 7 years of experience in marketing/content creation/branding or relevant field.
- Self-starter with an innovative mindset to propose marketing campaign(s) and/or annual marketing plan(s).
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin to cater to international audience.
- Basic Video/Sound editing skills.
- Working knowledge on Adobe products would be preferred.
- Any other software knowledge on design/video production are welcomed.
- UIUX experience would be advantageous.
- Positive working attitude with good interpersonal skill.
