**About Us
We're a multi-national biotech company owning one major skin-care brand, ZIA.DOO, specialized in oil-control and acne treatment with Australian tea tree oil. Meanwhile we are carrying several other German and Japanese brands in body care and baby care, such as Herbacin, Bübchen, NOCE and etc.

Aiming to develop the Singapore and Malaysia markets with our brand portfolio, we are hiring a sales partner who has rich experience and distribution channel resources in beauty / skin care industry for Singapore and Malaysia.

**Highlights of this position**:

- remuneration: no maximum - this position can be based on partnership, depending on the value you can bring to the company;
- opportunity to join a multinational brand overseeing the Singapore and Malaysia offline sales; full responsibility and autonomy

**Responsibilities**
- Develop potential business accounts in the offline retail channel, oversee Key Accounts Utilize market knowledge and product expertise to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with KA customers in offline retail.
- Develop and execute sales plans to maximize revenue.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess performance and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (social media, E-Commerce, product development and supply chain) to implement sales strategies and promotions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for business growth.
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Participate in industry trade shows and events to showcase products and services.

**Who'll Rock this Role**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior sales positions in beauty sector, with extensive understanding and distribution resources and connections in beauty category;
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in economics, business or BA discipline;
- Very organized, responsible and focused way of working; a quick executor who swim in chores but knows prioritizing
- Entrepreneurial personality who strives for the better and wants to grow in a multinational organization
- Self-driven and result-driven: work well regardless of the presence of the management team
