**Responsibilities**:
1. Investment, Merger and Acquisition, Deal Souring and origination
- Source potential deals in SEA / Middle East

2. Market Research and Opportunity Identification:

- Identify potential opportunities for M&A in the upstream oil & gas fields

3. Strategic Planning and Analysis:

- Develop strategies for M&A in the upstream oil and gas sector, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy. / Asset assessment and risk analysis
- Engage in negotiations with target companies and their shareholders, reaching agreements for M&A.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in petroleum engineering, geology, business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions within the oil and gas industry, particularly in upstream oil and gas fields.
- In-depth understanding of technical and engineering aspects, with comprehensive knowledge of exploration and production processes in oil and gas fields.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, effective in dealing with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
