**Job description** About the job**

The purpose of the job is to secure the successful implementation of the Growth with Impact Bedrooms - Sleep Revolution project scope and coordinate all relevant readiness initiatives in the organization.
Responsible in working across functions, evaluating the impact of the implementation on the customer experience and existing working methods, compiling the relevant implementation material, aligning the implementation plans and providing follow up and status reports.

**Your assignment**
- To lead the growth with impact project team to implement agreed actions & deliver results through a values-based & collaboration approach - all with high quality.
- To deliver the project in time, within budget and scope, whilst monitoring risk &compliance with Country legislation & company policy.
- Be the primary point of contact for the project, build effective relationships & steer effective communication with all stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Develop & steer the change management approach for all people involved and to the wider organisation.
- Responsible for compiling and maintaining a project portfolio and implement it as a business-steering instrument for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and manage dependencies and interfaces in the project, between projects, and with the line organisation & external parties.
- Secure & maintain clear timelines connected to the project scope with regular checkpoints to steering team members and stakeholder commitment.
- Secure a competent and high performing project team by collaborating with experts, connecting parties for collaboration & ensuring team cohesion.
- Procure external service providers/vendors where necessary, continually securing an effective relationship and adhering to procurement policy.
- Establish a dashboard that helps to monitor the performance of the project far beyond the project end date.
- Responsible to provide Sleep Revolution GWI project update and brief whenever is necessary.

- Able to co-ordinate the development and implementation of new solutions.

- An ability to critically evaluate processes and develop new processes with continuous improvement built in.
- Ability to communicate across different levels within the organisation with multi-functional stakeholders.
- High level planning skills to lead the in-store experience roadmap and define opportunities and priorities in a structured way.
- Capable of influencing others, sharing knowledge, skills (verbal & written) and to achieve goals through people/the team.
- Capable of maintaining project information and documentation to a detailed level.
- Possessing a collaborative mind-set: good at building relationships across the organization and with our external partners.
- Ability to maintain focus on the end-to-end goals: keeping customer experience in focus as a priority throughout the project.
- Capable of focusing on operational, tactical and strategic horizons and aligning these as the project requires.
