
Human Resource Team Lead

The Human Resource Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the HR team, ensuring effective coordination and execution of HR functions. This role involves leading recruitment efforts, handling employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. The HR Team Lead is a key point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on various HR matters. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
- Lead and supervise a team of HR Business Process Outsourcing officers, overseeing end-to-end recruitment and internship management processes.
- Ensure seamless operations aligning with established policies, standard operating procedures, and customer expectations.
- Verify and/or approve team deliverables in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Provide coaching and on-the-job training to enhance the team's capabilities.
- Take ownership of meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders, participate in meetings, and hold discussions with customers at the operational level.
- Identify areas for improvement and present recommended corrective actions to the Project Manager/Director.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager/Director in overseeing staff training, development, performance reviews, and team welfare. Uphold high ethical standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

**Requirements**:
- Degree in Human Resources, or relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR or related field including supervisory experience.
- Experience in shared services is an added advantage.
- Experience using Workday is an added advantage.
- Location: Bio Polis
- 2 years contract
- Salary up to $4,5k
