The Customer Success team at Boulder Movement is responsible for ensuring our community of climbers enjoy a complete social climbing experience knowing that we give our 100% to care for them As a beginner-focused brand, it’s important that we create a positive first impression for newcomers by helping them feel safe and accepted in our gyms.
As the Gym Supervisor, you will ensure that your home gym operates smoothly, ensuring that our best practices are well implemented. You will be closely supported by the leadership team to learn how to perform your duties well while being empowered to drive your own initiatives.
Our team culture strongly values honest feedback, creative thinking and professionalism. No climbing experience is needed, but any experience relating to customer service will be beneficial.
The following job requirements are critical for you to perform well in your role:
- Work up to 4 full days of shift each week (including one Sat or Sun) at any of our gym locations.
- Availability to cover additional paid shifts (optional)
- Able to work independently and under stress; Can solve problems quickly and calmly at all times.
- Can communicate fluently in English; Comfortable to proactively engage customers face-to-face.
