**The Role**
**As a Customer Success, you will be responsible for**:
- Developing and managing client portfolios while generating new leads.
- Analyzing customer behavior and industry trends to sustain business growth & profitability by maximizing value.
- Acting as an advocate for clients to improve clients' experience (e.g. identify needs, handle and resolve customer requests and complaints)
- Creating a strategy to minimize customer churn.
- Maintaining strong long-term relationships with clients
**Ideal Profile**
- You have 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles.
- You possess excellent project management abilities and have a solid track record of quality project delivery in stringent timelines.
- Excellent relationship-building ability and a proven record of good client retention rates, and upsell and cross-sell targets-based performance would be advantageous.
- You possess good communication and articulation abilities in English, in order to work with clients across the region.
- You take ownership and possess good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- You are highly goal-driven and thrive well in fast-paced environments.
