JR19500 SR MGR, OMT QE PQA

As a PQA manager you will demonstrate the leadership to enable team to effectively defuse problem situations with various organizations. Teamwork is another skill acquired for organizational cohesiveness. Establish operational bases for project plans and provide the direction to insure the progress and deadline were meet.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
1.Manage the deviation management system (Excursion GDM and QDR)

2.8D BP deployment

3.Deliver a aligned focus on improving performance variation and deviations that impact required product quality. (GDM CIP and QDR CIP)

4.Participate in efforts related to alignment and collaboration of FE GDM BAT

5.Manage and monitor the site quality metrics to drive for BIC performance (NCD%, CQDR%, GDM TAT and 8D score)

6.Work with all Sites and Business Partners to establish an effective communication system

7.Conversion management system

8.New product qualification management

9.Focus on Product grade and PTS improvement to achieve the cum yield goal

10.RMA countermeasure follow up

11.Quality promotion activity

12.Develop and Manage the product quality assurance team
