What The Role Is
The incumbent's job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
What You Will Be Working On
Preparation of management reports (e.g. quarterly financial position)
Preparation of financial information for financial statements and annual report
Preparation of statistical & financial returns for submission to government agencies
Month-end closing activities inclusive of closing of GL accounts for the period, opening new periods
Year-end closing activities including identification of contingent liabilities for disclosure, computation of financial ratios
Liaising with statutory auditors
Processing of required accounting adjustments including revenue and cost allocation activities
Setup and maintenance of the accounting master data including General Ledger Chart of Accounts, Cost Centres and Profit Centres
Liaising with system consultants for the troubleshooting system issues and enhancements
Assisting with setup and migration to a new Finance ERP system
Assisting with maintenance of accounting records and preparation of financial statements for PUB subsidiaries
Assisting with procurement activities to support the administrative functions in Finance Department
Any ad hoc duties assigned
What We Are Looking For
Degree in Accountancy, or related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
