**Position summary statement**:
You are to report to the Director of F&B for Dou Hua Restaurants (based at UOB Plaza 1, Raffles Place)

**Primary Responsibilities**:
b) Ensure that operational memorandums are approved by key stakeholders and circulated to Operations and Finance, to ensure accurate flow of information.

c) Manage the daily schedule of the Director.

d) Liaison between internal partners - Chefs, Finance, Procurement, other restaurant branches and Human Resources.

e) Liaison between external partners - bank partners, suppliers and building management.

f) Assist with the maintenance of Si Chuan Dou Hua Website, updating promotions, images and information.

g) As and when required, to perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
