We are looking for a highly committed and meticulous Procurement Administrator to support our vibrant team in our exciting growth journey.

PROCUREMENT
- Prepare Purchase Order to vendors, check stock, availability and lead-time.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in requisition - appropriate quantities are ordered, correct materials are ordered.
- Negotiate favourable contractual terms with vendors.
- Expedite and follow up on orders to ensure the goods/services are processed in line with customer’s delivery timeline.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and third party logistics providers on all shipment delivery.
- Build strong relationship with vendors and suppliers, fostering collaboration and business partnership.
- Update and maintain price-lists of different vendors.
- Identifying more efficient ways to improve procurement process, logistics.
- Check supplier invoices to ensure all items are invoiced accurately.
- Keeping inventory stock of our warehouse goods and placing orders to replenish stock and inventory runs below minimum stock levels.

QUALIFICATIONS
Very meticulous and responsible.
Minimal Diploma with 3 years working experience in an office setting.
Had exposure to ERP systems.
Very proficient with excel.
Articulate in English and Mandarin
Self motivated
Has strong sense of initiative
